What is the conference substitution and cancellation policy?
Substitutions: We will accept substitutions through November 20, 2014 via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations: A €25 cancellation fee will be charged (with written cancellation) made by 5:00pm EST on November 1, 2014 via email to email@example.com. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after November 1, 2014.
